Change Adoption & Enablement Manager

Rate: $51-58/hr on a W2, Remote, Contract

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years’ experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders, is seeking an experienced Change Adoption & Enablement Manager to join our team.

Based on multiple client requests for upcoming projects, we are seeking candidates with strong backgrounds in the tech industry and change adoption and enablement expertise with a track record of driving strategic change initiatives from end-to-end.

Responsibilities include:

Geo Adoption

  • Work directly with In-Geo Resources to drive Adoption
  • Create Geo Change Adoption Plan for driving adoption both internally and externally. This includes:
    • Geo-specific initiatives or campaigns that drive PAM behavior, ex SPIFFs
    • Sponsorship / Stakeholder identification, engagement, and enablement
    • Partner engagement and enablement

Communications & Training

  • Create and drive Geo Specific plans, activities and deliverables. This includes:
    • Communications Plan leveraging Geo-specific as well as general and customer Communications Vehicles
    • Training Plan / Calendar for targeted audiences leveraging existing Geo-specific training opportunities.
    • Curriculum Map by role identifying existing training opportunities and areas of improvement
    • Program Management or Process Oriented Change Management for Corporate Team with Geo

Enablement

  • Create and implement enablement plans and activities in Geo including:
    • Office Hours: Run predictable office hours where targeted roles can ask questions, get help or get redirected to an adjoining team to solve a problem
    • Collect Geo request for new content (Communications or Training)
    • Integrate assets and learning experiences across Geo-specific channels
    • Feedback Loop: Gather Geo-specific feedback and bring back to corporate team to gain efficiencies, e.g. incorporating common questions into FAQs

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience guiding teams throughout the change management journey, ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of the new programs across their ecosystems.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

Summary:

  • Work Arrangement: Remote
  • $51-58/hr, Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2
